Return Policy & Damaged items

1,We accept returns within 14days of delivery for unused, unopened, and in their
original packaging.
2, Certain products, such as opened or used makeup, skincare, or haircare items, may
be non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
3, A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges
4, Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, original shipping fees are non-
refundable once tracking information is generated.
How to Initiate a Return

1, Contact Us: chatkiyomi@gmail.com within 14 days with your order number and
reason for return.
2, Approval: We’ll provide a Return merchandise Authorization and return address.
3, Ship back: Send the item to us at your own expense. We recommend using a tracked
shipping method.
Refund
1, Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the
original payment method.
2, Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error, we’ll cover
return shipping.
3, Final Sale items, gift cards, and bundles are non-refundable.
Damaged/Defective Products
1, Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace the item or issue a full
refund (including return shipping if applicable)

Exchanges are only available if the item is defective or incorrect.
